1. Booking and Reservations
• All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid payment or deposit.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
2. Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in Time: 3 PM
• Check-out Time: 10 AM
• Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
• We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mobile wallets.
• Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.
• For group bookings or extended stays, a 50% advance deposit may be required.
• Any unpaid balance must be settled at checkout.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Standard Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. A one-night charge will be applied for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Non-refundable Bookings: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
• Group Reservations: Require a minimum 7-day notice for cancellation. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Guest Responsibilities
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or equipment.
• No illegal activities are permitted on hotel premises.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
6. Prohibited Activities (Violations)
Guests found engaging in any of the following may be subject to immediate eviction, forfeiture of payment, and legal action:
• Property Damage: Intentional or negligent damage to hotel property.
• Unauthorized Guests: Bringing in unregistered visitors without prior consent.
• Illegal Activities: Use of drugs, prostitution, or other illegal conduct.
• Smoking in Non-Smoking Rooms: Subject to a cleaning fee of $250.
• Tampering with Fire Safety Equipment.
• Pet Policy Violation: Bringing pets into rooms that are not pet-friendly (if applicable).
• Non-payment or Refusal to Settle Charges.
7. Liability Disclaimer
• SuperInn Lansing is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of guest belongings left unattended in the room or public areas.
• Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.
• The hotel is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to force majeure events.
8. Privacy and Data Use
• Guest information is collected solely for booking and service enhancement purposes.
• We do not share guest data with third parties except as required by law or for payment processing.
9. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
• Parties agree to resolve disputes first through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Ingham County, Michigan.
10. Modifications
• SuperInn Lansing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official hotel website or made available at the front desk.
